 Quality, innovations and service are the baselines of MALZ, the company born on 1980 for plate stamping and subsequently dedicated to design, production and distribution of rims, wheels and tyres for industrial and agricoltural use.
The passion and the creativity of the associates:
Fernando Zini (purchases
department, sales department), Mario Guandalini (administration, sales department), Flavio Alessandri (production, sales department), have carried to results better than the best expectations.
More than one million of rims made each year with the collaboration of 50 dependents and 20 artisan companies place MALZ between the leaders of the sector with good outlook for the future.
This is possible also thank to the big investments in search and technologies regarding design and production’s automation.
Production programs are based on the construction of:
- Metal rim from 4” to 12” diameter (both flanged rims and rims with hub) and nylon rims from 4” to 8” diameter.
- Iron wheels from 160 mm to 500 mm.
- Tyres from 4” to 12” imported from: Taiwan, Indonesia, Vietnam, Slovenia and United States.
Beyond naturally to the stamping to to the working of the plates.
Between Malz’s costumers there are main manufacturers of household-electric and the most important producers of gardening and light agricoltural machines.
Thanks to attention to market request and utiliser’s suggests MALZ are developing personalized solutions accompanied from the maximum seriousness in the sales managements.ducts are manufactured by independent subcontractors that operate the surrounding areas. |
