Special models production and stamping

MALZ’s workshops are equipped with a big press park of varius power and dimensions. They can presswork every type of plates (zinc plate, plasticized plate, aluminized plate), make deep drawing, bending and felling, expecially for household-electric and heating markets articles.

MALZ can also execute light drawing on pre-treated plates from 4/5 tenth to 4/5 mm thickness, blanking up to 10/12 mm thickness and presswork and assemblation of particulars like bonnets, drawbars, levers, seats etc.

MALZ strenght is the maximum possibility of made special productions over costumer’s request, regarding project, dimensions, materials and dies.

Between Malz’s costumers there are main manufacturers of household-electric and the most important producers of gardening and light agricoltural machines.
